Your data and privacy
Who sees what, where it is kept, and your rights.
- Each practice sees only its own information; staff see only their own page.
- Sickness and return-to-work records are seen only by owners, admins and the site manager for the person’s site.
- Data is kept encrypted on servers in the UK or the European Union (the privacy notice says which country), with nightly backups for 30 days.
- Owners can export or erase one person’s data.
