The week rota

• Each row is a person, grouped by home site; each chip is a booking, in its site’s colour.
• Under each day, each site shows its eye test clinics against its usual minimum, in red when short, with supervision problems in words.
• Click a person’s day to change it: add a clinic, duty or absence, a half day, or repeat it weekly. A clash or a supervision gap is explained, and you choose whether to book anyway (it is marked).
• “Add to rota” books one person across many days, showing each day as clear, a problem or skipped first.
• Notes for a site or all sites can be shown to staff; notes never change any count.
