Signing in and two-step verification
Links, codes, and why managers use two-step verification.
- Enter your email: we send a link and a 6-digit code. Either works once, for 15 minutes.
- Owners, admins and site managers set up two-step verification with an authenticator app, because they can see sickness records, and sign in again every 12 hours.
- Staff stay signed in for 30 days on their own phone.
- Lost your phone? “Sign out of all devices” in your account menu signs you out everywhere.
