Sites, minimums, rules, rates, roles, managers, import, and Ochiplan support.

  • Sites and minimums: each site’s colour, billing account and weekday minimums, plus busy periods.
  • Counting and supervision: how trainees count, and how many each supervisor may oversee.
  • Holiday and requests: the holiday year, notice, how many may be off at once, and automatic approval.
  • Billing between sites: day rates for each role, and the date a change applies from.
  • Roles and services, and who manages which site.
  • Import and export, and Ochiplan support access.
