Pay changes and the payroll file

Overtime, unpaid and docked days, leavers and locums, for each month.

  • Pay changes adds up each person’s overtime and the days to deduct for the month from the rota.
  • Add an adjustment for anything the rota can’t show.
  • Locums are listed with their days and cost by the branch that pays. A locum’s rates are on their staff record: a rate for one site wins over their rate for any site, and when a rate changes you add the new one from the day it changes, so earlier days keep the old one.
  • Download the month as a CSV for your payroll provider. Ochiplan holds no salaries or bank details.
