Setting up your practice

1. On the sign-in page choose “Set up Ochiplan”, enter your email and use the link or 6-digit code we send.
2. Practice: name your practice group and accept the terms. You then turn on two-step verification, because owners can see sickness records.
3. Sites: add each site with its colour and the usual number of eye test clinics for each weekday.
4. Rules: check the defaults for supervision, holiday and notice. You can change them later in Settings.
5. People: import the spreadsheet you use now, paste a list, or add people one at a time.
6. Invite: tick who to invite and add their emails. They get an email to join, and see only their own page.

“Save and finish later” at the top of each step keeps what you’ve done; you can come back to any step.
