Billing between sites

When someone works at a site paid by another billing account, the day is charged at the rate in Settings. Cross-site shows the balance for the month and the year, the sessions behind it, and payments recorded between the accounts. Only owners record payments.

A rate changed in Settings applies from the date you choose, so past months keep the rate they had. To agree a different rate for one borrowed day, set it when you book them, or open the day (Change in the sessions list) and change “Rate for the day”.
