Absence, sickness and return to work
Holiday used, sickness episodes, the Bradford factor and return-to-work records.
- Absence lists everyone’s holiday taken and booked, unpaid and docked days, sick days, lates and the Bradford factor (episodes squared × sick days; 100 or more is highlighted).
- Sickness either side of days someone isn’t booked to work counts as one episode.
- Click a name for their record: each sickness episode, and “Record return to work” for the date of the talk, who held it, and the reason.
- Sick days and return-to-work reasons are health information: only owners, admins and site managers for their sites see them.
